About the Role
Build and scale the core services powering Trilliant's HR platform — payroll engines, attendance APIs, compliance automation, and data pipelines. You'll own high-impact full stack systems used by thousands of HR teams daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core for attendance, payroll, and compliance modules
- Build responsive front-end interfaces alongside backend services
- Optimize database performance and system scalability for growing load
- Lead full stack architecture decisions in collaboration with the engineering team
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Key Skills Required
About the Role
Build and maintain our employee-facing mobile app — the primary interface for attendance marking, leave applications, payslip access, and more. Your work will be the product that employees interact with every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform iOS and Android features using React Native
- Integrate GPS, biometric, and notification APIs for attendance features
- Optimise app performance, startup time, and offline reliability
- Collaborate with backend and design teams on new feature releases
- Maintain app submissions and updates on App Store and Play Store

Own our cloud infrastructure — ensuring high availability, security, and scalability for a platform used by thousands of HR teams daily. You'll be the person who ensures Trilliant never goes down on payday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, Blob Storage, Azure Functions)
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for rapid, reliable deployments
- Monitor system health, uptime, and incident response protocols
- Implement security best practices and data backup strategies
- Collaborate with engineering on infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)

About the Role
Shape the look and feel of Trilliant's products — from initial wireframes to polished, developer-ready designs across web and mobile. Great design at Trilliant means clarity first, beauty second.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Conduct usability tests and translate findings into design iterations
- Maintain and grow the Trilliant design system
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-accurate delivery
- Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints

About the Role
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing — helping small and mid-sized businesses across India discover and adopt Trilliant's HR platform. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from Trilliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's HR challenges
- Negotiate proposals and close deals within your assigned territory
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing

Guide customers through setup, troubleshooting, and everyday use of the Trilliant platform — ensuring every team that adopts Trilliant is fully operational and confident using the product. You make the first impression count.

- Configure Trilliant platform for new clients (attendance rules, pay structures, compliance)
- Assist customers with product usage queries and troubleshoot setup issues
- Conduct live onboarding and training sessions with HR teams
- Document customer configurations and best practices
- Escalate and coordinate complex issues with the product team
